Thermal insulation:

  • Rigid foamed polyurethane of German production with a density of 40-42 kg/m3, which is one of the best insulations in terms of thermal conductivity, moisture absorption (98% closed pores), durability, bio- and chemical resistance, etc.

Furniture:

  • High-quality special fittings of the Italian company 'MTH'. The locking device has an ergonomic design and a built-in lock with a set of keys. Wheel blocks with the possibility of vertical and horizontal adjustment. Internal emergency exit handle.

Canvas:

  • The door leaf with collateral elements, to which the fittings are attached, is made as a single unit, which eliminates the need for adhesive. The canvas is framed aluminum anodized profile, which ensures strength and durability of operation. Multi-component rubber seal with excellent properties of tightness, softness at low temperatures. Plastic thermal insert that excludes the bridge of cold.

Door box:

  • Anodized aluminum profile filled with polyurethane with built-in elements for fittings. In the door frame there is a channel for heating cable covered with an aluminum cover. Low-temperature doors are equipped with a heating cable. The design of the door frame provides for easy and quick cable replacement, which does not require stopping the camera. When replacing the cable, the aluminum cover is removed.

Facing:

Steel galvanized, primed sheet with a thickness of 0.5-0.68 mm with a Polyester coating. Door color RAL 9003, 9010 (white), 9006 (silver), 7024 (graphite), 5005 (blue) or other to order.

To order:

  • AISI 304 stainless food steel, thickness 0.6-0.8 mm;
  • galvanized metal with Food Safe coating, thickness 0.62mm.

Thresholds:

DHO (Refrigerating Doors) - without a threshold. Threshold can be ordered additionally.

DMO (Retractable Freezer Doors) - with a threshold to choose from. 3 options are offered:

  • U-shaped 30x110x30 with a removable cover that sinks into the floor with a cable channel, stainless steel 2mm;
  • L-shaped 50x50, stainless steel 5mm;
  • Overhead, height 110 mm, anodized aluminum profile. The height is cut to min. 60 mm.
