These Terms of Service govern the use of FrostTime's website and services. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

FrostTime provides the following services:

• Supply of industrial refrigeration equipment
• Consultations for equipment selection
• Design of refrigeration systems
• Warranty and service maintenance

3. Orders and Payment

Order and payment conditions:

• Equipment prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Final cost is agreed in the commercial proposal
• Payment is made according to the terms of the contract

4. Delivery

Delivery conditions:

• Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine
• International delivery is possible
• Delivery times are agreed individually
• Delivery cost is calculated separately

5. Warranty

All equipment comes with an official manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms are specified in the documentation for each product.

6. Liability

FrostTime is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of equipment, violation of storage or transportation conditions by the client, or force majeure events.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The current version is always available on our website.
